Catalyst Counselling

Catalyst Counselling

Catalyst Counselling for individuals and loved ones affected by drug and alcohol use. Catalyst Counselling offers up to 24 sessions with a collaborative review every 6 weeks. We provide confidential counselling, using a non-judgemental and person-centred approach. Working with you to empower your choices. Counselling is available face-to-face, online and over the phone. All our counsellors are specifically trained in drug and alcohol counselling, mental health, and wellness.

Who can access our service?

Anyone over 18 who is registered with a GP in Surrey and who is concerned about their own drug or alcohol use, or who are affected by someone else’s drug or alcohol use.

Counselling can help you to work with difficult thoughts and feelings. It may explore past and present life events linked to drug or alcohol use. It can help you to develop strategies to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Counselling can help support you

Engage in an introspective journey to explore past and present life events, proactively devise strategies to improve your mental health and wellness, work through challenging thoughts and feelings, and develop a deeper sense of internal connection.

Help Support Catalyst Counselling

If you would like to support by donating, please visit our donations page. A donation of any size will make a difference.

We ask clients to make a voluntary donation towards their counselling sessions if they can afford to, with a suggested minimum of £5 per session. We understand that for some a voluntary donation is not affordable. If you are unable to make a donation, this will not affect the service you receive.

Although Catalyst Counselling is currently funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, extra donations will help us to support even more people for the longer term.
