Tuesdays, 11am – 1pm.
A friendly, relaxed and supportive environment with tea and coffee, where women can come and chat to project workers and get information about services and support available to them.

The Group takes place at the Centre every Tuesday, from 11am – 1pm. If you have not attended this group previously, please complete a referral form. You will also need to complete a consent form.
