How we work

We are one of the lead providers for Community Connections Surrey – providing people with support for mental health and emotional wellbeing in Surrey.

Catalyst Support covers the following areas for Community Connections – Guildford and Waverley, Woking, Surrey Heath, Farnham, Spelthorne, Runnymede and Elmbridge (West).

What we offer:

  • 1 to 1 support to develop coping skills, manage mental health and improve wellbeing.
  • Access to education, support groups and wellbeing activities.
  • Advice and bridging to further support.
  • Access to volunteering opportunities.
