Recovery and Connect is a pilot project delivered in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. It is part of a collaboration looking after people who have complex and long-standing mental health needs and a history of repeat admission to acute/specialist in-patient units. We help clients with severe and enduring mental health issues impacting daily life and resulting in repeat use of crises services.

Available in Guildford and Waverley, North West Surrey and NE Hants and Farnham.

We are one of the agencies collaborating in HOMEFirst and we recieve referrals through "My Shared Care Forum"
