Outline offers support to people with their sexuality and gender identities. If you would like to talk about and receive support surrounding your sexuality or gender identity, or you wish to understand and support someone close to you. Call or email Outline in Catalyst where our trained volunteers are on hand to provide confidential information and support.

It can take time and be stressful to accept who you are and how you feel but you do not need to label yourself. You may be familiar with the terms Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBTQ+). These are important identities for many of us, but they may feel like they limit or wrongly label others.

Our helpline offers you support, listening and information in confidence.
