On Sunday 11th March Team Catalyst took on a superb running challenge and ran the Surrey Half Marathon and 5K. The team did a fantastic job at representing Catalyst in their lovely bright running vests.
Well done Gilly, Rose, Keely plus daughter and son on completing the 5K – it was an early 8am start and we really do appreciate your commitment – you all did a fab job – thank you and congratulations.
The half marathon runners were a little nervous before the start but they all aced it! Thank you to Clive, Gemma and Diana for taking part in this super challenge and great effort for completing the course under your expected times.
A special mention to Clive who inspired the team to take part in this challenge – for someone who has only recently taken up running, he did a great job at finishing his first long distance run of 13.1 miles!
As you know the Team were helping to raise funds for Catalyst so we can help even more people. The team exceeded their target and have so far raised a total of £933.23 in sponsorship which we are really grateful for. Well done Team Catalyst and we look forward to the next event!
