


SMART (Self Management and Recovery Training) uses self-empowering skills to help you build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage thoughts, feelings and behaviours; and live a balanced life. Guided by trained facilitators, participants come to help themselves and help each other using a variety of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and motivational tools and techniques.
SMART Recovery Groups are by invite only, after discussion with a member of our team, to make sure that this is the right group for you. We also ask all attendees to read and complete our consent form.
