Domestic Abuse Service

The Women’s Support Centre Domestic Abuse Service offers a Trauma-informed, client-lead, holistic approach guiding women through identifying and processing what domestic abuse is. We work at our client’s pace with support on advocacy, how to keep yourself safe and what changes you may wish to make. This takes place in a safe, women-only space where we are able to offer 1-2-1 support.

We also have a group offering, we run a coffee morning and recovery toolkits, which may take the form of a course, throughout the year.

Confidentiality and respect for our client’s decisions are the foundation of the support provided by this Service. We will not share any information about your engagement with the Women’s Support Centre without client permission. There may be circumstances where we may need to break confidentiality. Our Confidentiality Policy will be thoroughly explained to you during your first meeting with us.
