World Mental Health Day 2020

World Mental Health Day – a day to raise awareness, educate and reduce the stigma so people feel comfortable talking about their mental health.

As a local mental health charity, mental health and wellbeing is part of our everyday work and we regularly encourage staff, volunteers, partners and clients to look after themselves and to look at ways of improving their emotional wellbeing if they are struggling.

Now is as important as any to look after your mental health. Due to the pandemic, we will not be holding our usual events but we will be supporting the event online and providing tips and advice on how to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

We have put together a short video to show what mental health and wellbeing support you can access at Catalyst. To view the video, please go to our You Tube channel.
