The Tour is over, the Surrey Hills are awash with wheels and lycra and the build up to the RideLondon Prudential is gathering pace. With just over 43 hours to go, Jane and David from Catalyst are prepping their bikes, stocking up on flapjacks and energy gel (and suntan lotion!) and looking forward to taking part in the 46 mile sportive, from the Olympic Park via Richmond and Wimbledon to finish on The Mall. We wish them the best of luck and thank them for raising money to support the work of Catalyst to improve the wellbeing of people with drug, alcohol and mental health challenges.
