Catalyst Counselling

Catalyst Counselling supports people having concerns with their drug and alcohol use, someone else’s use, and other mental health and wellbeing concerns. It is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and is free, offering up to 24 sessions. Your donations can help us support more people!

Peer support in a welcoming setting. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, our Safe Havens are available in various locations to welcome you without prior appointment or offer support online.

Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to Catalyst Support. They help us to deliver support to people across the county - running our book and vinyl store, helping with Community Connections activities and much more.

Donate

Every donation goes directly toward helping people. A one-off donation may support our groups and counselling programmes. It could also help towards venue and refreshment costs, and training for Volunteers across Surrey.
